Currently, JUSHI offers its partners glass rovings with linear density from 200 tex to 9600 tex using lubricants compatible with epoxy, vinyl ester and unsaturated polyester resins.

JUSHI 386/386T Direct Roving Specification
386 and 386T are JUSHI universal silane lubricated glass rovings compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinylester and epoxy resins. Glass roving is suitable for production by winding, pultrusion and weaving. 386T is distinguished by special additives in the lubricant, which reduce the level of glass roving fluff.

JUSHI 312 Direct Roving Specification
Glass roving 312 is JUSHI’s special product designed for pultrusion production as well as weaving. Glass roving 312 is based on a silane lubricant and is compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinylester and epoxy resins. 312 glass roving has low frizz, absorbs resin quickly and shows excellent performance in the pultrusion process. Therefore, it is the main lubricant recommended by JUSHI for the production of fiberglass profiles, rebars, geogrids, etc.

JUSHI 306A Direct Roving Specification
Glass roving 306A from JUSHI is a special product for winding process. Compatible with polyester, vinylester and epoxy resins. 306A has good abrasion resistance and low frizz and excellent resin impregnation. Repeated tests and customer reviews confirm that the quality in terms of impregnation quality and minimum resin loss values, 306A glass roving occupies a leading position in its field.

JUSHI 988A Direct Roving Specification
Glass roving 988A is JUSHI’s glass fiber based on a modified silane lubricant, specially developed for the production of glass-filled polyamides by extrusion. This product is made in the form of glass roving and is suitable for a wide range of equipment. Roving 988A is used in polyamides used in the manufacture of vehicle parts, electronics, chemicals and sport goods.
